Who we are

This policy explains how CIESE LLC (ТОВ «CIESE») handles data in the DataStat web service (datastat.ciese.pro) and on ciese.pro. For any question about your data, email office@ciese.pro.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and password. The password is stored only as a strong hash — no one, including us, can read it.
• Your files and results: the tables you upload and the reports produced from them.
• Technical data: IP address and time of requests in server logs, and sign-in attempts — to protect the service from password guessing.

Why

Only to provide the service: let you into your account, run calculations, send service emails (address confirmation, password reset) and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell data, show ads, or use your files for anything other than calculations for you.

Who else sees data

• Hetzner Online — hosts the server, located in Finland (EU).
• Brevo — delivers service emails to your address.
• Telegram — the administrator receives notifications about new sign-ups, which include the email address.

Data is not shared with anyone else unless required by law.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in (up to 14 days). There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Retention

• Files and reports — until you delete them, which you can do yourself on the analysis history page. Nothing is deleted automatically, so research data never disappears on its own.
• Web server logs — 14 days.
• Unconfirmed sign-ups are removed after about a month.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data or your whole account — email office@ciese.pro from the address your account is registered with.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
